Rebuilt 020 AUG 8V MK2 gearbox

The AUG is a 9A close ratio GTI box with a taller 2nd gear.
22mm input shaft (uses 24-spline clutch disc)
Uses the "xxxxx" reverse switch, xxxx-terminal type
Fits MK1 + MK2 + MK3 cars using MK2 8V clutch disc
- R&P = 3.667:1
- 1st gear = 3.455:1
- 2nd gear = 1.944:1
- 3rd gear = 1.444:1
- 4th gear = 1.129:1
- 5th gear = 0.894:1
- Clutch release arm and drive axle flanges zinc plated with
additional yellow chromate bath for corrosion resistance
- Case was cleaned, degreased, sand blasted, then glass bead blasted
- Output shaft turning torque = 10 Inch-Pounds
- Differential turning torque = 18 Inch-Pounds
